Contact Data Import Instructions

Please format your data as shown in the example below before pasting it into the respective fields:

First Name, Last Name, Address, City, Province, Postal Code, Email, Phone,LandlinePhone, Category

Ensure your data matches the following column order and paste each value into its respective column:

• First Name: The contact's first name.
• Last Name: The contact's last name.
• Address: The contact's street address.
• City: The city where the contact resides.
• Province: The province where the contact resides.
• Postal Code: The contact's postal code.
• Email: The contact's email address.
• Phone: The contact's primary phone number.
• Landline Phone: The contact's landline phone number, if available.
• Category: general

After formatting your data, click on the text area below each column heading and paste the respective column data.
